Thermal lances also known as burning bars are used for cutting stainless steel and ferrous metal, as well as non-ferrous, cutting sheet metal and any other special steel, iron mixed with slag, refractories, etc.
Our spears are made up of a tubular sheath, filled with special filaments that react to heat producing an exothermic chain reaction due to energetic oxidation.
This reaction allows the lance to reach temperatures above 5000ºC, which allows it to melt and cut highly resistant materials.
